William "Bill" John Kane,75, of Bay St. Louis, MS passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2026, with his family by his side.
A native of Baton Rouge, LA living in Bay St. Louis, MS. He graduated from Redemptorist High School in Baton Rouge. He was a member of St. Clare Catholic Church in Waveland, MS where he was a member of the Knights of Columbus for 30 years. He was also a Eucharistic Minister, member of the choir, alter server and maintained several acres of landscaping and maintenance. He also made cotton candy for the annual Seafood Festival. Bill will be remembered by his nieces and nephews for his portrayal of Santa at their Christmas parties.
He served his country in the United States Navy as a Seabee Master Welder for 25 years and his proudest accomplishment was working with Drug and Alcohol Rehab for the Seabees. After retiring from the Navy he became a Rural Postal Carrier for the Diamondhead, MS area.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert "Sugar" W. Kane Jr. and Elisabeth "Cookie" B. Kane.
He is survived by his wonderful and loving wife, Susan Marino and three sisters, Candy D'Armand, Trisha Nicosia and Tara Stewart.

Visitation will be held Friday, February 6, 2026, at St. Clare Catholic Church in Waveland, MS from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. with a Memorial Mass at 12:00 p.m.
