Wesley J. "Joe" Ladner Jr. passed away on January 7, 2026, in Gulfport, MS. He was born on October 25, 1967, in Picayune, MS. Joe was a dedicated welder by trade, known for his strong work ethic and skillful hands.

Joe was a family man at heart. He is survived by wife, Janet Ladner, and his three children, Michelle, Brandon, and Brittany. Joe took great joy in being a grandparent, and he is survived by several grandchildren: Ryan, Iziah, Keaden, Kaiden, Paisley, Brayden, and Branton.

He is preceded in death by his father, Wesley J. "Pete" Ladner Sr., his mother, Marie "Mary" Ladner, and his brother, Welton Ladner.

In his free time, Joe enjoyed fishing and tinkering with mechanics, always eager to share his interests with his loved ones. His warmth and spirit will be missed by all who knew him.

Visitation will be held on January 16, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM, both at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home located at 110 S. Necaise Ave, Bay St. Louis, MS. Interment will take place at Rotten Bayou Cemetery in Diamondhead, MS at 3:30 PM.
