Waynetta Evonne Bell, 51, of Waveland, Mississippi, passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2026, in Gulfport, Mississippi.
Waynetta was born on March 12, 1975, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to Wayne and Myrtis Dyer. She earned her High School Equivalency diploma and proudly served her country in the Army National Guard. She was employed as a floor manager at Hollywood Casino, where she was known for her dedication and hard work.
Above all, Waynetta cherished her family. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, proud grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. She was an avid football fan who enjoyed watching games and cheering on her favorite teams. One of her greatest joys was supporting her children, whether attending their extracurricular activities, cheering them on from the sidelines, or simply being present for the special moments in their lives. Her love for her family was evident in everything she did, and the memories she created with those closest to her will be treasured forever.
Waynetta was preceded in death by her father, Wayne Dyer; her grandfather, William Dyer; and her grandmother, Olga Dyer.
She leaves behind her loving husband of 18 years, Albert Bell; her children, Joshua Bell, Michael Bell, Steven Bell, Liberty Bell, and Phillip (Desiree) Bell; and her three cherished grandchildren, Sophia, Avery, and Max. She is also survived by her mother, Myrtis Dyer; her sisters, Darlene Dyer and Melinda (Jerry) Adams; and several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
A memorial service celebrating Waynetta's life will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 12:00 noon at 1203 Chris Street in Waveland, Mississippi. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of a life filled with love, dedication, and cherished memories.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to Terrance Ladner, Denise Hoda and family, and Tiffany Wilkes for their kindness, love, and support during this difficult time.
Waynetta will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Although she is no longer with us, her love, laughter, and the beautiful memories she leaves behind will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends.
