Wayne Everett Garcia

Wayne Everett Garcia, 52, of Kiln, MS, passed away on Saturday, August 16, 2025, in Kiln, MS.

Wayne was an extraordinary craftsman whose skill and dedication touched the lives of many. He took immense pride in his work, whether it was building something tangible with his hands or restoring engines to their former glory. His craftsmanship earned him admiration and respect, and he found profound satisfaction in a job well done. The friendships he cultivated throughout his career were invaluable to him.

Wayne was preceded in death by his father, Argile "Gator" Garcia, and his sister, Martha Garcia. 

He is survived by his loving mother, Marie Garcia; three children, Destinee Garcia, Gage Garcia, and Anna Farris; as well as three cherished grandchildren, Oliver, Arthur, and Jasper. He is also survived by his siblings, Aristide Garcia (Diane), Melanie Hudson, Ashley Goff (Chris), and brother-in-law, Billy Hudson.

A Memorial Celebration of Wayne’s life will be held at a later date.
