Tammy Aline Favre Peterson

Tammy Aline Favre Peterson, 63, of Waveland Mississippi passed away on the morning of May 10, 2026.

Born December 20, 1962 in Bay Saint Louis, MS to Curtis Blaize Favre Sr., and Jessie Mae Dahl Favre, Tammy spent most of her life on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She grew up in Bay Saint Louis, lived for a time in San Diego, California and Slidell Louisiana, and later made her home in Waveland, Mississippi. 

She is survived by her sons Ryan Peterson and Justin Peterson, Jennifer, and her former husband Rusty Peterson all of Waveland, Mississippi; her grandchildren whom she cherished and loved so much — Mason Gray, Mason Necaise, Daisy Harvey, and Royce Peterson; her siblings Curtis B Favre Jr., David J Favre Sr., Kevin A Favre, Robin L Favre Poore, Bryan F Favre, Craig S Favre, Marty A Favre, Ron G Favre, Jess M Favre, Angel M Favre Simpson, and Corey M Favre; her sisters in law; and many nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Curtis Blaize Favre Sr., and Jessie Mae Dahl Favre, and her brothers, Ricky A Favre and Scott M Favre. 

Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and all those whose lives she touched. 

Visitation will be held Thursday, May 21, 2026 at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. with a Funeral Service at 3:00 p.m. Interment to follow at St. Mary Cemetery in Bay St. Louis, MS.
