Nancy Carol Savoie

Nancy Carol Savoie, age 75, of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, passed away in the comfort of her home on Wednesday, May 27, 2026.

Nancy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and loved relaxing at the casino. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, and proud great-grandmother. Her kindness, warmth, and joyful spirit touched the lives of many, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, TL and Doris Wheeler; her brother, Mack Majestic; and her sister, Mary Gregoire.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Michael Savoie; her brother, Johnny Wheeler; her children, Walter O. McLain Jr. (Tinnie McLain) and Linda McLain; her grandchildren, Jared Watson (Crystal Watson), John Lyerly (Elizabeth Lyerly), Samantha Brummett (Austin Brummett), Summer Cooley (Corry Cooley), Trey McLain, Kristen Grimes, Michael Willie, and Thomas Crook; as well as many beloved great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home on Friday, June 5, 2026, at 12:00 PM with a visitation beginning at 10:00 AM.
