Margaret "Marie" Dudash

Margaret “Marie” Dudash (NumNum), age 70, of Gulfport, Mississippi, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, January 27th, 2026.

Marie, a native of the Gulf Coast and past resident of Indiana, loved life. She always kept a smile on her face and laughter in her heart. She enjoyed dancing, playing Bingo, and drinking coffee. She always talked about traveling the world and leaving her mark on this world.

Marie would talk to every stranger she passed and brought a light into their world that people couldn’t resist. She touched so many lives in everything she did and was a true blessing to all who knew her.

Marie discovered a love for helping people and quickly learned how to become part of the medical field. Later in life, she switched her focus to customer service and found her long time career at AutoZone.

Marie was preceded in death by her husband of 31 years, Bill; and survived by their children, Amber and her husband Jason Roche, Ashley and her husband Julian Coleman; her 7 grandchildren: Amaija, Masyn, Savannah, Nadine (Nadi), Myla, Isaiah, and Dominic; and her great grandchild, Hayleigh.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, Juanita Yarbrough and Peter “Joe” NumNum and siblings, Grady F. Carden, Sr., Bobby L. Carden, Sr., Louis “Pete” Latimer, II, Tommy Numnum, Jesse L. Yarbrough, Jr., Sandra “Sandy” Gruich, and Caroline Lassabe

Survivors also include her siblings, Joe and his wife Linda Carden, Hubert Yarbrough, Debbie Gara.

Marie’s memory will live on in the hearts of all those who loved her and we will dearly miss her. She will forever be remembered by her loved ones, which include many nieces, nephews, in-laws, and a host of friends.

A celebration of life will be held for family and friends on Saturday, February 7th, 2026 from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m. at DSB Clubhouse, 3309 Jody Nelson Drive, Gulfport, Ms.
