Leo Jerome Driscoll, Jr., known also by "Pawpaw," of Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi, passed away on Sunday, September 1, 2024 at the age of 90.

Leo was born on July 20, 1934 in Baltimore, MD to Leo and Hazel Driscoll. Brother to Francis Kratz & John Driscoll. Leo was a member of Lutheran Church of the Pines in Waveland, MS. He loved all things "nautical," whether it was fishing, boating, sailing, etc. Leo served in the U.S. Coast Guard and was a member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary. After 15 days in the hospital, he was tired and asked to go home on Hospice, where he was cared for and surrounded by his family. He was a strong & proud man that never wanted to depend on help from anyone. He did his best to continue his daily routine even with all his physical limitations.

Leo was preceded in death by his first wife, Earlene Norma Driscoll; son, David Norman Driscoll; parents, Leo and Hazel Driscoll; grandson, Robert "Bobby" Blackwell; daughter-in-law, Anna E. Driscoll; and step-great-grandchild, Analize Brinton.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Hindman-Driscoll; his children, Linda Driscoll, Kathy Swift (Mike), Maureen Blackwell (Mixon), Leo J. Driscoll, III, Michael Anthony Driscoll (Annette), and Joseph "Joey" Driscoll (Michelle); grandchildren, Kevin (Josette, ex-wife), Kenny, Angelina Odle (Bruce), Charlie, Charlotte Walker (Justin), Jessica, Jared, Leo IV (Chantell), Nicole (step-granddaughter), Mark (step-grandson), Brandy, Casey (step-grandchild), Jennifer (Roxane), David Michael, Benjamin, and Molly; great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Connor, James, Brody, Elly Mae, Dallas, Isabella, Jade, Izabell, Elise, Christian (step-great-grandchild), Jax (step-great-grandchild), Lilly, Leo, and Landon; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service will be held at the Biloxi National Cemetery, Biloxi, MS on Thursday, September 5, 2024 at 2:30 p.m., where Leo will receive Military Honors from the U.S. Coast Guard Honor Guard. If attending the graveside service, please arrive at the Biloxi National Cemetery by 2:15 p.m. and line up behind the hearse.
