Joan Forsythe Starr

Joan Marilyn Forsythe Starr, 89, of Bay St. Louis, MS passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2023 in Bay St. Louis.
Mrs. Starr was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Frank Felty, Jr.; daughter-in-law, Dottie Starr; and great-grandson, Levi Broadhead.
She is survived by her husband, Herbert E. Starr, Sr; two daughters, Diana Broadhead (Wayne) and Melody Felty; son, Herbert E. Starr Jr.; four grandchildren, Chad Broadhead (Stacy), Katie Dorn (Matthew), Frank Felty III, James Felty; and great-grandson, Asher Broadhead.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
