Jerrie Ann Rothering, 70, of Diamondhead, MS passed away Monday, April 8, 2024 in Diamondhead, MS.

Jerrie Ann loved traveling to the beach with her husband, taking cruises with her family, but most importantly she loved her grandchildren. She enjoyed weekend grandkid movie nights with popcorn, listening to ghost stories, and feeling the love her grandchildren surrounded her with. She loved to have the grandchildren in the kitchen baking cakes or making chocolate-covered pretzels for holidays.

She was preceded in death by her father, Shelby Jenkins; mother, Geraldine "Gerry" Hambrick and her infant brother.

She is survived by her husband, Rob Rothering, her oldest son, Eddie Joe Young; daughter, Mandy Spiers (Cody); her youngest son, George Rothering (Beth); four grandchildren, Eden Young, Ezra Young, Colby Spiers and Eli Spiers; one great-grandson Easton Savarese; great grandson, Baby Enzo soon to be delivered; three siblings, Len Jenkins (Jeannie), John Edward Jenkins, and Janet Villareal and numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home from 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. with a prayer service at 12:30 p.m. followed by burial at Biloxi National Cemetery in Biloxi, MS at 3:00 p.m.
