Jean Marie Nichols, 68, of Diamondhead, MS passed away on Friday, June 14, 2024 in Diamondhead, MS.
Jean earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Louisiana University and dedicated her life to caring for others.
Jean had a passion for music and literature; she loved playing the piano and violin, writing fiction stories, and spending time with animals. In her free time, she enjoyed horseback riding and nurturing her garden.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Genevieve Leblanc and father William Iredale, Sr.
She is survived by her daughter, Casey Nichols; son, Andy Nichols and two grandsons, Patrick Volpi, Jr. and Erik Nichols.
She was a wonderful and loving mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
A Visitation will be held on Friday, June 28, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St Louis, followed by a Memorial Service at 12:00 noon.
