Herbert Edward Starr, Sr., 89, of Bay St. Louis, MS passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2024 in Bay St. Louis, MS.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Joan M. Starr; great-grandson, Levi Broadhead; son-in-law, Frank Felty, Jr.; and daughter-in-law, Dottie Starr.

He is survived by his two daughters, Diana Broadhead (Wayne) and Melody Felty; son, Herbert Starr, Jr.; four grandchildren, Frankie Felty III, James Felty, Chad Broadhead (Stacy), and Katie Broadhead Dorn (Matthew); and great-grandson, Asher Broadhead.
