Harold Eugene Jackson, of Lakeshore, Mississippi, passed away on September 12, 2026, in Lakeshore. He was born on November 20, 1953, in Lakeshore, and remained a part of the community throughout his life.
Harold was a carpenter and a cook, and he brought dedication and steady effort to his work. He also earned his GED, an accomplishment that reflected his determination. Outside of work, he enjoyed many simple pleasures. He loved to cook, go to the casino, listen to oldies, and, above all, he loved people. His warmth and enjoyment of others helped shape the way he will be remembered by those who knew him.
He is survived by his children, Jessica Jackson, Rudolph Jackson, Michael Jackson, and Ryan Jackson. He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Victoria Stolz, Payton Bocks, Laura Jackson, Hannah Jackson, Arielle Schwartz, Destiny Jackson, Kaylee Jackson, Kaydence Jackson, Ryleigh Jackson, Jordan Jackson and great grandchildren. Harold is also survived by his sisters, Paula and Bonnie, and by his brothers, Raymond and TJ. His family and friends will hold close the many memories they shared with him and the joy he brought into their lives.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Jackson Sr.; his mother, Helen Green; his son, Harold Jackson; his brother, Robert Golden; and his sister, Claire Peters.
Visitation will be held on September 17, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home, 110 S. Necaise Ave, Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. The funeral service will follow from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home. Burial will take place on September 17, 2026, at Lakeshore Cemetery, 6214 Lakeshore Rd, Bay St Louis, Mississippi.
Harold Eugene Jackson will be remembered with love for his kind spirit, his enjoyment of life, and the way he connected with people. May his memory bring comfort to all who knew and loved him.
