Glenn Harold Sellier

Glenn Harold Sellier, age 80 of Delisle, passed away on Friday, December 3, 2021.

He graduated from Pass Christian High School and served in the United States Navy as an aircraft mechanic.
Glenn was preceded in death by his parents Mae and Harold Sellier, and his brother James Jerry Sellier, Sr.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Jerry Ann Sellier; his children, Brian Sellier (Julie), Pamela Patterson (Kevin), and Julie Sellier; his sibling Donna Ladner (Tommy); and his grandchildren, Brandon Sellier, Allison Sellier, and Hayden Patterson.
He was a truck driver for over 30 years but his passion was serving in the volunteer fire department for Delisle/West Harrison stations. He was chief for over 25 years and served his community not just by responding to incidents, but working to make our community a safer place with better access to equipment and infrastructure. Every firefighter and member of the community was family to him.
Glenn was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and a devoted Catholic. He was a lector for many years at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church, a regular attendant at adoration, and devoted to praying the rosary daily. Our family and our community has lost a great man, and he will be deeply missed.
In lieu of flowers the family prefer donations to Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church Building Fund: 9062 Kiln Delisle Road Pass Christian, MS 39571.
