David Thomas "Tommy" Shipman, 73, of Picayune, Mississippi, passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2025.
Tommy was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to George and Bernice Shipman, and raised by his mother and Eugene Lackey.
Tommy was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Jerry and Randy Lackey.
He is survived by one son, David Shipman II; one daughter, Leslie (Ivan) Harvey; seven grandchildren, Jeffery, Dale, Austin, Anthony, Isabella, Alex, and Kristopher; several great-grandchildren; and one brother, Mark Lackey.
No services are scheduled at this time.
