Dajon Lorenzo Ramsey

Dajon Ramsey, born July 29, 1997, passed away far too soon, leaving behind a life full of love, strength, and unforgettable memories.

He leaves behind his wife, Brittany, and his daughter, Rylee, who he loved more than anything in this world. He also leaves behind his son, Eli, who he loved deeply, prayed for, and always held close in his heart.

He was the beloved son of Marquita and Jamie (Alicia) McKay. Dajon was many things—a devoted husband, a proud father, a loving brother—but above all, he was a truly selfless soul who loved deeply and unconditionally. He was a loyal and genuine friend, the kind of person you could always count on no matter the circumstance. He showed up without hesitation, stood firmly by those he loved, and never failed to offer his support, strength, and compassion.

In May 2025, Dajon took a leap of faith and went full-time with his business. Through his drive and determination, he built something successful that allowed him to provide for his family—something he was incredibly proud of and worked hard for every single day.

Dajon’s love, his presence, and the way he cared for others will never be forgotten. He touched so many lives just by being himself.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Ronald Ramsey Sr.; his grandmother, Alverine Ramsey; his great grandmother, Lula mae Jones; his bonus father, Billy Cuevas; his uncle, Lorenzo Ramsey; his uncle, Harry Jones; and his aunt, Mary Lee.

He is survived by his loving wife, Brittany Ramsey; his children, Rylee Ramsey and Eli Ramsey; his parents, Jamie (Alicia) and Marquita McKay; his siblings, Jada, Alexis, and Khloe, ; step siblings Kelin, and Author Acker, & friends that were more like family Austin Alexander, and Damion Washington; his in-laws; Kailyn Mingo, as well as Mrs. Vickie, Kristen & Kory Cuevas whom he loved dearly, along with many other family members and friends who will cherish his memory forever.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 10th at 10:00 AM at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. Funeral services will begin at 12:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held at Bayou Phillips Community Center in Bay St Louis MS following the burial.
