Connie Perrin Leach

Connie Perrin Leach was born on January 7, 1965, in Marrero, Louisiana, to Linvell R. Holland and Eve Camilla Thomas. She graduated from high school and attended Nichols State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana.

Connie worked as a blackjack dealer on LA Cruise Lines and at the Casino Royal in Las Vegas. She was a devoted wife to Paul Leach for over 30 years and a loving stay-at-home mom who dedicated herself to her children through all stages of their lives.

Known for her kindness, Connie helped many people, including those she didn’t know, without judgment. She provided humanitarian aid to children in Africa during her younger years. Helping others was truly important to her, and she did so from the heart, without seeking recognition.

Throughout her life, Connie traveled internationally and experienced many cultures, which deepened her appreciation for life's simple necessities. She followed Christianity and cherished her relationship with Jesus. Despite health issues that limited her church attendance, she continued to pray and read scripture regularly.

We find comfort in knowing that Connie has joined Jesus.

Connie was preceded in death by her father, Linvell R. Holland and her step-sister, Rev. Belinda Holland Pellegrin. She is survived by her mother, Eve Camilla Thomas, husband, Paul Sheridan Leach, children, William "Billy" and Dustin Leach, sister, Katherine Robinson, brother, Christopher Holland, step-sisters, Cindy Owens and Denise Bourg, and half-brothers Matt and Josh Perrin. 

Services will be held at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home on Friday, September 19, 2025 at 1:00pm with a visitation one hour prior.
