Clifton "Dale" Crays

Clifton "Dale" Crays, 60, of Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi, passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2026.

Dale was born to Dianne Moore in Augusta, Georgia on September 3, 1965. He enjoyed fishing and football, a devout LSU and New Orleans Saints fan. He was also quite the prankster. But the most important part of his life was his family, especially spending time with them at family gatherings while cooking on the grill. Dale was loved and will be missed by many.

Dale is preceded in death by his mother, Dianne Moore; and brother, Scott Moore. He leaves behind his loving wife of 36 years, Tracy Crays; two sons, Justin Crays (Brenna) and Tyler Crays (Dianna); daughter, Cailey Woods (Mark); five grandchildren, Brinley, Aubrey, Averi, Mark III, and Dean; three sisters, Beth Lummus, Natalie Smith (Robert) and Tammy Hughes (Scott); brother, Mike Roberts; numerous nieces and nephews; and last but not least, man's best friend--his dog, Sadie Boo.
