Carlton A. Reavis, Jr.
Carlton A. Reavis, Jr. 87, of Diamondhead, MS passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2023 in Gulfport, MS.
He was a member of Diamondhead Community Church.
He enjoyed his grandchildren, fishing, old movies and cooking.
He was a wonderful and loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, church member, and friend who will be sadly missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Carlton A. Sr. and Rose R. Reavis, and sister, Dolores Reavis-Smoyak.
He is survived by his wonderful and loving wife, Ligia Reavis; two sons, Mike Reavis (Lisa) and Scott Reavis (Linda); step-children, Charlie Nieves and Dori Curbelo; ten grandchildren, Michael, Emily, Grace, Lynette, Jonathan, Tiffany, Christian, Matthew, Eric, and Tony; and nine great-grandchildren, Rebekah, Isabelle, Bethany, Aubrianna, Kaleb, Jude, Jake, Fayna, and Basil.
In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations to Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America: 290 Turnpike Road, Suite 5-315, Westborough, MA 01581.
A future Memorial Service is to be planned.
Interment with full Military Honors will be held at Biloxi National Cemetery in Biloxi, MS on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 12:30 p.m.
