Bobby Hoyt Davis

Bobby Hoyt Davis, 88, of Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi, passed away on Monday, July 1, 2024.

Bobby was born on August 18, 1935 Loyce and Agnus Davis in Greenville, Mississippi. Bobby proudly served in the U.S. Navy. He loved western novels and tv shows, Cuz's bread pudding, and Lil Ray's Oyster Platters. He was a New Orleans Saints fan and loved spending time with his family.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents Loyce Timothy Davis and Agnus Davis; brother, George Davis; and sister, Ann Davis Smith.

He is survived by one son, Bobby Hoyt Davis Jr.; three daughters, Loretta Lyn Pearson, Elizabeth Sibley, and Melissa Cox; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; three brothers, Douglas Davis, Bobby Timothy Davis, and Lonnie Dean Davis; and one sister, Carolyn Davis Carter. He also leaves behind several special family friends, Maria Cox, Patricia Cox, Charles Cox, and the Green family.

Services will take place at the Biloxi National Cemetery in Biloxi, MS, where Bobby will received Military Honors from the Navy Honor Guard. The graveside service will place on Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. If attending, please arrive by 1:15 p.m.
